Yes — every used device we sell comes with a full 3-month Dr. MacBook warranty, the same one we give our repairs, in writing. If a covered fault appears, our own technicians fix it free. Most used Macs in Thailand are sold with no warranty at all; we think that's not good enough.
Yes — every device is at our Chit Lom office. Come by, open it, test it, ask our technicians anything. If you're not in Bangkok, we're happy to send you a video walkthrough of the exact unit over LINE or WhatsApp before you order.
We ship free nationwide via Kerry Logistics, double-boxed with foam protection. In Bangkok you can also pick up at our Chit Lom office (free 1-hour parking) and test the device before you take it home.
Yes. Every storage device is securely erased during intake — on Apple Silicon Macs the internal storage is cryptographically wiped, and a fresh macOS is installed. The device arrives at the setup screen, exactly like a new Mac.
